On 8/18/14, Attorney Newell provided a free consultation to a Lehigh Valley woman whose tiny dog was killed by a neighbor’s unleashed pit bull and mastiff. The vicious dogs ran off of their owners’ property and attacked the mixed breed dog which was leashed on its own front porch.
