On April 1, 2014, Attorney Thomas J. Newell provided a free consultation to a Dauphin County, PA dog bite victim. The visiting nurse had just arrived at a patient’s home outside of Harrisburg, PA when a mixed breed dog attacked her. Even though the PA dog attack victim was wearing a jacket, lab coat and long sleeve shirt, the dog’s attack did leave her with significant bruising.
